Home Care Services of RI’s Professional In-House Staff

Kelly Sabbagh, RN, is our Director of Nursing and Business Manager. Kelly oversees all staff and ensures that Home Care Services allows only accredited, bonded, certified professionals into your home to care for your child, parent or other loved one. Kelly is responsible for seeing that HCSRI meets and surpasses state and federal standards, which we have been nationally accredited for three years and our State accreditation was obtained about ten years ago.

Eden Martin is the newest member of the office staff who has quickly become an invaluable asset. She is an integral part of meeting all scheduling needs and her strong organizational skills allow her to foresee and correct issues before they arise. Eden brings strong educational background and experience which enables her to meet the needs of each individual client.

Holli Jean Dawkins is an experienced and dedicated CNA who plays a vital role in the hiring and training of HCS CNAs and sees that our exacting professional and personal standards are met. In addition to her ten years of service, Holli brings knowledge, warmth, understanding and empathy to her job both in the office and while covering in the field.

Rachel Santamaria is our in-house expert on the intricacies of eligibility requirements, third party payments, billing and outside resources and funding. Her network of agency contacts and detailed knowledge of patient requirements helps the process run more smoothly for HCS patients and their families. Rachel helps our clients get through the red tape. 'Se Habla Espanol'
